ITPX 2008 CONFERENCE AND TRADE SHOW
APRIL 20 – 23, 2008
The ITPX is very pleased to announce the site of the 2008 Conference and Trade Show.
It is the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennessee.
The facility is a city within a city, offering many restaurants, shops, and sites within the hotel. Shuttle service is available throughout the property to the Opry Mills shopping center, the Grand Ole Opry, golf, and a riverboat cruise. There is also a shuttle available from the Airport and downtown to the property’s saloon.
The Conference rate is $ 175, which is very comparable to other facilities. This room rate will include the Resort fee of $ 15/day, for Sunday– Tuesday nights. The fee includes internet service, the site shuttle service, and daily bottled water. The Gaylord offers an extremely attractive, but quantity limited, government rate of $ 107.00 per night. I f you are a Government employee, planning to attend the Conference you will want to book your room early.
We encourage your feedback and participation. We're looking for fresh ideas – what would you like to see at the Conference, what will make this a great learning experience for you. We're also looking to increase the number of end user presentations so we challenge you to share your experiences about real life deployments and lessons learned. If you've got a topic you'd like to propose, we want to hear from you.
AT&T has already signed on as a Platinum sponsor.
See you in Music City in 2008,
Joan Moyer
ITPX President
